| The Honorable Thomas M. Bianco graduated from Penns Manor Area High School in 1986; he was the valedictorian of his class. He graduated summa cum laude from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1990 with a B.S. in Finance. He received a Juris Doctorate from the Dickinson School of Law in 1993. |
| Prior to taking the bench, Judge Bianco served as a law clerk to the Honorable W. Parker Ruddock and the Honorable William Martin (1993-1994), engaged in private practice (1994-2008), and served as the District Attorney of Indiana County (2008-2011). He also served as an Assistant Public Defender (1996-1997) and an Assistant District Attorney (1997-2001). He served as the Solicitor of Pine Township, Green Township, Armstrong Township, Plumville Borough, the Indiana County Office of Planning and Development, and the Indiana County Domestic Relations Office during his years in private practice. |
